Health Clinics of Utah accepts Medicaid, PCN, Medicare, PEHP, United Healthcare, Tricare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and most other private insurances. We also take uninsured patients at a reduced rate.
We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
