Reciprocity Orientation Meeting Schedule

Reciprocity orientation meetings are held monthly at the Bureau of Emergency Medical Services at 9:00 a.m. and are scheduled as follows (dates are subject to change):

• January 15, 2009
• February 19, 2009
• March 19, 2009
• April 16, 2009
• May 21, 2009
• June 18, 2009
• July 16, 2009
• August 20, 2009
• September 17, 2009
• October 15, 2009
• November 19, 2009
• December 17, 2009

The practical testing is also held at the EMS Office usually once a month. At the time of the orientation we will give you the practical and written test date information.

To attend the reciprocity orientation meeting or take the practical test you must be on the roster. You can schedule for either of these by calling the Bureau of EMS at 801-273-6666, Option 1. No testing will be scheduled until we have the application packet and fees. The practical test space is limited, so be sure to schedule as soon as you have submitted your completed application packet.
