insurance is on your Medicaid card. To change this information,
call the Office of Recovery Services, Team 76: Salt Lake

Recovery - For clients age 55 and older, Medicaid may put
a lien on a client's estate in order to collect back the amount
Medicaid pays for the client's medical bills.
