Newborn Screening Statute 26-10-6

This site details the Utah law that requires all newborns to have newborn screening, except in the case where parents object on the grounds that they are members of a specified, well-recognized religious organization whose teachings are contrary to the required tests. In such a case parents are required to fill out a denial form stating the religion they are a part of and that they understand the consequences of refusing the required testing.
