Media Contest
How to Enter
1. Create your piece
Tell us what you think a healthy positive relationships look like. Media pieces can be entered into three categories: YouTube video, visual arts, and written works.
2. Submit your piece with your entry form by January 18, 2013
Mail or email piece of media with your completed and signed form to your region contact.

3. Attend the Healthy Relationships Rock concert
State level winners will receive a $50 cash prize and be announced at the Healthy Relationships Rock concert on February 7, 2013 at 6:30 pm at Murray High School (751 W. Tripp Lane (5755 South) Murray, UT 84123).
